Client's need

Fringe benefits are gaining on popularity in Poland quite often being a change making factor when considering a new job. Out client being aware of growing popularity of fringe benefits among employees in Poland, has mandated PMR to execute qualitative market assessment. The objective of the project has been to invigilate local specifics of companies deciding to introduce perks as employee package, to adjust the offer towards their expectations and needs

Our deliverables

PMR Research team has executed numerous in-depth interviews with management board level experts and HR directors in companies offering different ranges of employee benefits. To achieve good market optics, the sample has been divided by company size. Interviews have been executed in small entities, medium enterprises and large corporations with over 1000 employees.

Value for the client

As a result of the project PMR researchers have been able to absorb thorough knowledge about major challenges employers were facing with regards to fringe benefits planning and expectations employees were expressing. PMR has provided its client with conclusions and recommendations presenting the most appreciated by employees benefits and those that almost nobody has been utilizing and were least desired. This will allow our client to accommodate their offer to fit best local market expectations and as a result grow sales.
