PMR Research conducted 2 group discussions with mobile phone and Internet users in Krakow (Poland) and Barcelona (Spain). Twenty respondents conversant with the most up-to-date communication technologies participated in each discussion. The groups lasted 4 hours each and consisted of casual discussion and workshop exercises. The interviews were video recorded by a professional cameraman.
The main goal of the research was to verify customers’ habits, opinions and attitudes towards currently used technologies and to identify how the new Internet technology being developed might be used in everyday life and serve to improve people's living conditions. As a result, the Client received HD quality video recordings.
