IT needs of constructions companies - market research for a global IT solutions provider

At the end of 2005 and at the beginning of 2006, PMR Research conducted a study for one of the largest IT solutions providers in the world. The project's objective was to discover the key IT needs of small and medium-sized construction firms and to pin-point the sector companies most interested in the provider's IT solutions offering. The report was based on the results of qualitative research (in-depth interviews) as well as quantitative telephone interviews conducted with a sample of 254 companies. Most respondents were top management personnel at the surveyed companies.
