Ninth edition of the Polish construction market survey

PMR Research was commissioned by PMR Publications to carry out the ninth semi-annual survey of the Polish construction industry. PMR Research conducted 130 interviews with the senior management of the largest construction companies operating in Poland. The companies were chosen based on their workforce size and annual revenues.
The main aims of the project were as follows:
- to evaluate the current situation in the Polish construction sector,
- to assess the prospects for the sector's development,
- to gather insider opinions on steps the government should take to improve the situation in the Polish construction industry,
- to provide a forecast of key financial indicators for the construction market, including: construction and assembly output, prices of building materials and sector employment rate,
- to identify the greatest barriers to conducting business in the construction sector,
- to identify the greatest stimulants of business success in the sector,
- to assess the financial standing and to review the investment plans of the largest Polish companies in the sector.
