Internet use among HoReCa representatives - qualitative research

Research Project - HoReCa
PMR Research carried out a series of teledepth interviews with HoReCa representatives. The main aim of the study was to identify how HoReCa representatives use the internet in their everyday work, particularly:
  • what type of information they are mainly looking for,
  • what search methods they use (search engines, sector portals),
  • the image of the most popular sector portals.
The project deliverable to the Client was a presentation with an in-depth analysis of the data obtained. The presentation also included:
  • profiles of the most popular websites for HoReCa representatives,
  • recommendations on the appearance and content of the websites.
