Polish telecommunication sector - seventh edition of survey

Research Project - IT and telecommunications
PMR Research conducted a survey among marketing department heads and other top management personnel of the 100 largest telecommunication companies in Poland. Commissioned by PMR Publications, the telephone-survey was conducted in August 2008 with 76 interviews successfully completed.

The key goals of the study were as follows:
  • to assess the current situation in the Polish telecommunication sector,
  • to assess the perspectives of growth of Polish telecomunnication market and its respective segments,
  • to identify factors that have the strongest positive and negative influence on the Polish telecommunication market,
  • to assess perspectives of growth of selected telecommunication technologies and services.
The results of the survey were used in the report "The telecommunication market in Poland 2008" published by PMR Publications.
