PMR Research has updated the client base of one of Europe's largest HGV (heavy goods vehicle) manufacturers. The original base supplied to PMR Research by the client comprised a total of 10,000 entries.
The project was conducted in four stages:
- the merging of three databases containing client information
- the standardisation of the data format in all the records (the original data were recorded in a number of different formats)
- the updating of the information contained in the unified base
- quality control
