PMR Research was commissioned to carry out a part of an international project on the healthcare sector. PMR Research conducted telephone interviews with persons responsible for ordering and delivery of medical and hygiene products in Polish hospitals and institutional care units. The main aim of the project was to identify their experiences, satisfaction from the previous logistic services and preferences regarding the whole process of ordering.
