FMCG sector, PMR Research conducted 60 face-to-face interviews with managers of up-market cafes, restaurants and hotels in Cracow holding personal responsibility for tea selection and ordering. The aim of this study was to asset a new tea bag product and merchandising concept for the
HoReCa channel, understand customers needs and requirements towards offered tea and the manner in which tea is prepared and served. Additionally, the Client received photos of tea exposures and tea preparation and serving facilities of researched establishments.
