Karol Kołt
President and Managing Director
Karol Kolt is simultaneously President and Managing Director of PMR and has responsibility for leading the company during the fastest growth period in its history. Karol studied International Management in Krakow and also at the universities of Frankfurt am Main and Nürnberg. Prior to joining PMR he worked with the senior management at several German companies. He started his career at PMR in consulting, working on a number of competitive intelligence, sourcing and strategy advisory projects, and was rapidly promoted to run the department as the Head of Consulting Services. Mr. Kołt joined PMR's Management Board in 2006, and soon he became President of the company. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the company and leading the formulation and implementation of strategy. A strong believer in a straight forward, "getting things done" business culture, Karol's ambition is to grow the company fast while keeping it an attractive place to work for talented people, and a great company for clients to do business with.

Marcin Rzepka
Deputy Head of Research
Marcin Rzepka is a graduate in sociology with a specialisation in communication and market research from the University of Wroclaw. Marcin has previously worked in a senior position at Pentor / Research International and for the last several years was Market Research Manager in PKO BP, one of the biggest banks in Central and Eastern Europe. These positions gave him substantial experience in managing all different types of market research projects often on a very large scale as well as a very good understanding of the business issues and research needs from an end-client perspective. Among other tasks in the bank Marcin developed and introduced a system of quality monitoring and in general during his professional career has always been focused on delivering the highest possible research quality. His experience includes customers' research, B2B research and studying of the effectiveness of the organization. Outside the financial sector during his work in Research International Marcin carried out projects in a variety of branches, including: FMCG, Telecom, IT or Constuction and specialized in satisfaction research, client segmentation, products' optimization.

Tomasz Deluga
Senior Research Executive
Tomasz Deluga is a graduate in sociology with a specialisation in the sociology of economics and market research from the Jagiellonian University, one of the top universities in Poland. While a student he also completed an internship at the Statistical Office in Krakow. He specialises in quantitative research and statistical data analysis. He has carried out a number of CATI, face-to-face and central location/in hall test projects, as well as studies based on expert interviews and PMR's proprietary MarketInsight methodology. His experience includes research into financial, FMCG, healthcare, electrical appliances, publishing & printing, construction, packaging, metallurgy, IT and telecommunications, petrochemicals, energy and the power industry.

Łukasz Drzazga
Senior Research Executive
Łukasz is a graduate of market research and data analysis specialization at Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Łukasz is responsible in PMR for qualitative research - both focus group interviews and in-depth interviews. He works not only as a project manager, but also as moderator. Łukasz also conducts selected types of quantitative market research; his experience in this realm is mainly central location/in hall tests and advanced B2B studies. During his career Łukasz carried out projects in a variety of branches, including: FMCG, fresh food, cosmetics and toiletry, healthcare, retail, clothing, financial services, home furnishings, construction, IT and other. Łukasz also has wide experience in conducting international projects; he cooperated with dozens of foreign agencies from Western and Eastern Europe and from United States.

Anna Grabara
Senior Research Executive
Anna has graduated from Jagiellonian University in Krakow, specialized in Sociology of Economy and Market Research. She is experienced in various research projects involving desk research, qualitative and quantitative research (especially projects using CATI technique), including image & satisfaction studies. She has carried out projects regarding media, healthcare, clothing & footwear, food, construction, retail, tourism and services markets. She has also taken part in projects on functioning of public institutions. Anna is also experienced in managing international fieldwork projects; her responsibility in PMR includes liaising with foreign research agencies. In the past she worked as a CATI call centre supervisor, where she was responsible for training and supervising the interviewers.

Maja Sarlej
Senior Research Executive
Maja Sarlej is a qualified sociologist (University of Warsaw), she also has a post-graduate diploma in market research from Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities. In the past she worked with MillwardBrown SMG/KRC where she held senior positions and was responsible for managing research projects as well as client service. Her experiences include FMCG, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, real estate, automotive and a whole spectrum of qualitative and quantitative projects. She specializes in custom-made research: from question/challenge in client's business to marketing recommendations. She is fluent in making use of neurolinguistic methods and techniques both as a research tool as well as in recommendations regarding marketing communication. Her favourite projects are customer and employee satisfaction studies, U&A and marketing communication studies at all stages.

Karolina is a graduate of the faculty of Political Sciences at the Pedagogical University of Kraków. Currently she is responsible for the supervision of interviewers network at PMR, as well as for project management. She is experienced in both qualitative and quantitative research. Karolina has participated in projects in many sectors: pharmaceutical and medical, clothing & footwear, retail, cosmetics, IT, construction materials and other. She has a long track record in conducting in-depth interviews, including business-to-business interviews.

Magdalena Zioło
Research Executive
While studying at Jagiellonian University, Sociology Department, she gained experience in British and Polish companies, mainly in the HR industry. Then she joined PMR Publications where she was in charge of contacts with overseas clients. Subsequently she started her career with PMR Research where her responsibility was initially to search for new business opportunities. Apart from her business development responsibilities she is now a project manager and carries out various research projects including studies in healthcare, retail and tourism, publishing & printing, construction, and IT. She is experienced in as quantitative and qualitative studies as well as in projects involving desk research.

Maciej Koniewski specialized in Social Research and Data Analysis at the Department of Sociology of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.
